Yes, at SayOui we offer exclusive use to each of our brides and their guests, this does mean we have to allocate time slots through bookings.

We do have to charge a non refundable £25 fee, however this is redeemable against the purchase of your dress.

We allocate 2 Hours for your first appointment where you will have exclusive use of the venue to try any of our dresses on, then we allocate 1 Hour for your collection appointment this is where you will try your dress on. If you require alterations at this point we would put you in touch with our recommended Atelier.

You have exclusive use, we would recommend no more than 4 guests, you don’t want too many cooks in the kitchen!

Our dresses range from UK 10 - UK 20, however we can order dresses in sizes UK 6 - UK 26. Please note, due to the limited space our sample dresses are limited to 1-2 sizes per range.

Ideally something comfortable and neutral in colour with no embellishments, We recommend wearing the undergarments you plan to wear on your wedding day, this will give you a real indication of how you will look and feel. Top tip! - opt for seamless nude fabrics so that they do not show through but rather compliment the dress.

We recommend you bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear in your special day.

From our experience every bride at SayOui is unique. Some brides know right away that they have found ‘The One” while others prefer to try not heir dress multiple times before making a final decision. Ultimately, the right day is when you feel both comfortable and excites to SayOui.

Each dress is priced individually based on the craftsmanship, fabric, and embellishments. Our price range from £1600 - £4000 with the majority of our ranges sitting between £2000 - £2500.

We recommend starting your dress search 12 months before your wedding day, this allows you ample time to avoid feeling rushed. While shorter timelines are possible, rush fees may apply. If you are unsure about your timeline we are here to advise you!

Once you’ve selected your perfect wedding dress, it’s time to make your purchase. We require a 50% non refundable deposit to place the order and begin the creation of your gown. The remaining balance is due when your dress arrives at SayOui, and you will be able to try it on for the first time at that point. - Please note we do offer monthly installments to break the payments down while your dress is being made.
