Appointments

SayOui is an appointment only boutique so that every bride receives our full attention and a truly one to one styling experience. Bridal appointments last 2 hours giving you plenty of time to explore our collection, try on gowns and enjoy the moment with your guests in a relaxed intimate setting. To secure your booking we take a £25 non-refundable appointment fee, which will be credited towards your gown should you choose to say “Oui” to your dress with us. Whilst there is no limit to the amount of guests you can bring we recommend bringing around 3-4 guests to maintain the calm, comfortable atmosphere we’re known for. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. If late for your appointment the finish time will remain the same due to ensure other appointments are not affected.

Ordering & Payments

All of our gowns are made to order and specially commissioned through our designers once you have said “Oui” to your dress. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due prior to collection. As each gown is produced specifically for you, orders cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed. We are happy to offer flexible payment plans to make the process feel easy and stress free.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of bridal wear, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on gowns, accessories or special order items. Each piece is created exclusively for you, which is why we take great care during your appointment to ensure you feel completely confident and in love with your choice before placing an order.

Delivery Timelines

Designer lead times vary, with most gown arriving within four to eight months depending on the collection and season. W recommend ordering your dress at least nine to twelve months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time for production and alterations. While we provide estimated delivery windows, timelines are set by our designers and cannot always be guaranteed. Rush options may be available for an additional fee if your wedding date is sooner.

Alterations

Alterations are not included in the price of your gown. While we do not offer in house tailoring, we work closely with a trusted and highly experienced independent atelier who specialises in bridal alterations. Where possible your first fitting can be held at SayOui for convenience, with further appointments taking place directly with the atelier. We recommend allowing eight to twelve weeks before your wedding for alterations and final fittings to achieve the perfect fit.

Collection & Storage

When your gown arrives, we will contact you to arrange collection or your first fitting. We kindly ask that dresses are collected within a reasonable timeframe, as our boutique has limited storage space. Long term storage cannot always be accommodated, but we will always do your best to work with you if special arrangements are needed.

Quality & Care

Every gown is carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets our quality standards. In the rare event that you notice a fault, please inform us as soon as possible so we can liaise with the designer and resolve the issue promptly. Once your gown has been collected, we recommend storing it safely and handling it with care to keep it in perfect condition before your wedding day.

Boutique Experience

We are proud to offer a calm, welcoming and luxurious environment where every bride can feel relaxed and fully present in the moment. To help us maintain this atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that everyone treats the boutique and our team with respect. Outside food and drink are prohibited within the boutique. As we serve complimentary alcoholic refreshments during appointments, we operate a Challenge 25 Policy and reserve the right to request valid identification where appropriate. Children are very welcome but must be supervised at all times. Out goal is for every SayOui visit to feel effortless, special and memorable from start to finish.
